1. Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
Items must be returned in their original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are faulty or damaged:
Digital downloads
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will offer a replacement or full refund, including any applicable return postage.

5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you of approval or rejection
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
